Frequently Asked Questions

Click on the the My Account menu item and the click on the name of the course that you are registered for. You may then click on the first step of the course that you have not yet completed. Then follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the course.

If you receive an error message when trying to register using a registration code, first check to see if it was type/pasted into the box correctly. The codes are case sensitive. Be sure to not include any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the registration code. If your code is entered exactly as it was provided to you and is still not working, submit a support request using the form at the bottom of this page. Some registration codes may be limited to a set number of uses or may only be valid through a certain date. If you receive an error indicating that your code has exceeded the maximum number of uses or has expired and you believe it should still be valid, submit a support request using the form below.

If you need to stop part way through the course, you can resume by signing in, and clicking on the My Account link in the upper right corner of the site. Once on that page you will see a list of all the courses you are currently enrolled in. Click on the name of the course you want to resume, and then the module where you left off on the following page. Note that any completed modules will be marked with a green check mark.

Be sure to complete all of the topics within the lesson before attempting to proceed to the next lesson. All lessons and topics must be completed to receive credit for completing the the training.

After completing the training module you must also complete the section quiz with a passing score in order to proceed.

The training has been tested and optimized for use in Google Chrome and Firefox. It is also compatible with Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari. It is not recommended to attempt the course with other browsers; some of the functions will not work in Internet Explorer.

No, you can get some answers wrong and still pass. You also have the option to retake assessments if needed.

These sections/content are meant to be locked until you progress further in the training. Simply continue to the next section and know that you will be able to access this content later in the training.

Yes, you will be able to resume from where you left off if you need to exit the training before finishing.
